MEET CHUCK
HUSBAND, FATHER, PASTOR, CHURCH COACH, & TEACHER
Before anything else, Chuck is a family man. He has been married to his wife Leigh Lewis for 26 years. They have 4 children: Meredith, Emma, Lydia, and Eli. He knows that to serve the Church well, he must first lead his home well.
Prior to serving God in vocational ministry Chuck worked for a decade in a large corporation. During those formative years of his life, little did he know that God was using that opportunity to develop his leadership ability. Also while in the cooperate world, Chuck discovered his gifting for developing and operating in systems. Chuck learned early on that ministry is all about people, but good systems are how you help people journey closer to Christ and build the Kingdom. While in full-time ministry God has used him and his family in ways he could never have imagined. Pastor Chuck has served as a church planter, Senior Pastor in a church revitalization and now serves on the Executive staff of a large thriving church. Chuck planted a church in the south Atlanta area where he served for 8 years. Then the Lord called him to Middle Georgia where he served as Senior Pastor at a church revitalization for 7 years. Through Chuck's years in ministry, God has taught him a lot about leadership, discipleship, church leadership structures & church revitalization. Chuck's desire is to equip other pastors, church staff and lay leadership in churches so together, communities can take one step closer to Jesus.
"It has been my privilege to have known Chuck Lewis over the past twenty years. I have seen him go from a youth minister, church planter and senior pastor. Each place that God has placed him in, he has blossomed and the church flourished under his leadership. Without a doubt God has His hand upon Chuck’s ministry. I would unashamedly recommend Chuck to assist any church or organization that wants to be radically changed for the kingdom work."
